Produced refinery instrumentation design deliverables for the Golden Eagle Refinery Coker Modification, including 2D/3D drawings extracted from PDS models and internal model reviews. Developed instrument location plans and J-Box wiring configurations in INtools, prepared wiring/interconnection reports, and updated P&IDs and Fieldbus module wiring diagrams.

Developed and verified offshore PDS FPSO instrument models for the ConocoPhillips Bohai Bay Phase II project, addressing interference and model review comments. Produced status reports and extracted 2D drawings from 3D models to support FPSO instrument layouts and installation details, including support drawings on grating and trays.

Performed and managed inspection, examination, and testing documentation for the Western Libya Gas NC41 Mellitah Plant project, including issuing reports for client approval. Conducted loop checking, installation, calibration, and testing activities and developed/verified instrument model as-built drawings and revisions for QA purposes.

Operated and monitored retort sterilization systems for canned food production while ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. Maintained temperature and pressure records to support quality assurance and regulatory audit requirements.

Performed calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and loop checking for instruments and process control systems. Updated loop sheets, electrical schematics, P&IDs, and panel drawings while supporting analog/digital electronics, microprocessors, and field instrument maintenance.
