I seek a hands-on leadership role building scalable .NET backend and Voice AI products, with autonomy, strong engineering practices, and opportunity to improve reliability and reduce costs.

I am a hands-on CTO and Principal Software Engineer with 7+ years building production .NET backend systems and shipping AI products, including a production ASP.NET Core Voice AI platform that handles real customer calls with LLM-based conversation control and agent/tool integrations.

I design and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, and real-time speech pipelines in C#/.NET, using EF Core/LINQ, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD. I operate Azure production environments (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL), implement monitoring and RBAC, and lead incident handling and cost management.

I set engineering standards through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD checks, improve internal knowledge workflows with LLMs and automation, and diagnose and fix production issues quickly to maintain resilient, low-latency voice components.
