At CrossRealms International, I own the cybersecurity governance framework across US and MENA operations and maintain its ISO 27001 Statement of Applicability and control set. I led ISO 27001 certification to first-pass approval in a single audit cycle.
I manage risk registers, treatment plans, and risk acceptance, and prepare KPI and KRI reporting for leadership. I’ve also delivered 10+ governance and compliance gap assessments with remediation roadmaps.
Earlier at CrossRealms International, I led a US healthcare client’s HITRUST implementation to first-pass certification and built the Security and Compliance department from inception to 7 employees. I hold ISO 27001 Lead Implementer and CIPP/E certifications, with CRISC in progress.
