I am a Senior Quality Assurance professional with over nine years of hands-on experience testing web applications and leading QA teams. I hold a Master in Cyber Security and a Bachelor in Business Information Systems, which together strengthen my technical and analytical approach to quality.
I have extensive experience across SDLC and STLC, executing Functional, Integration, System, Regression and Acceptance testing, and writing and running SQL queries to support database validation. I have worked in client-facing roles and led offshore test teams while training new testers.
Throughout my career I have prepared STLC artifacts, designed test strategies, estimated efforts, created schedules, authored test cases and test data, tracked requirements and managed defects using tools such as JIRA and HP Quality Center. I have driven process improvements and begun automation efforts using Selenium.
