Ravi Yadav

I’m an Admin Officer currently working at Mahendra Skills at PMKK Centre Gwalior, focused on responsibility, accountability, and day-to-day operational support. I pair administrative work with a training mindset to keep processes organized and people supported.

Before this, I worked as a Trainer with Excelus Learning Solution (Quess Corp) from Dec 2018 to July 2022. I delivered technical training aligned to industrial requirements and taught MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, while also organizing co-curricular activities and improving trainee attendance through consistent follow-ups and tracking.

I’ve also brought education and training experience from the classroom. As an Assistant Professor at Laxman Seth Group Of College, I managed theory and practical sessions, supported student data processes (including portal registration and student data management), and planned college-level examinations while conducting regular school interactions for awareness and data activities.

Earlier, I worked as a Field Officer at AK infra Pvt. Ltd. Across roles, I’m known for excellent technical and analytical capability, problem-solving, and man management—backed by a background in engineering and hands-on project work such as inverter and motor control topics with microcontroller-based learning.
