At Advarra India Pvt Ltd, I tested Windows desktop applications across client-server architectures, including installers, context menu integrations, and Windows Registry configurations.
I diagnosed desktop client issues involving system tray icon persistence across sleep and hibernation, using Task Manager and Windows Event Viewer crash logs. I also served as Test Lead for hotfix releases, working with the Developer Lead on estimates, test strategies, and test plans.
I implemented the 3 Amigos process at Advarra and led peer reviews, supporting alignment between developers, QA, and business analysts while following GDPR, HIPAA, and CFR Part 11 requirements. I developed UI automation suites with Selenium WebDriver and Python and integrated runs with Jenkins CI/CD.
