I seek a role where I can lead estate or agricultural operations, apply evidence-based planning and procurement, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive production targets while growing into broader program leadership.

I am an agriculture administrator with hands-on experience in plant production, estate management, and agribusiness administration, having worked across planning, procurement, budgeting, and reporting to support national estate operations. I have led estate activities including crop planning, irrigation design, asset management, staff supervision, and field inspections to optimize yields and meet government production targets.

I hold a BSc in Plant Production and Technology and multiple certificates in project management, sustainable development, and finance for non-finance managers, and I am proficient with Microsoft Office and farm systems. I excel at stakeholder engagement, evidence-based decision-making, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, financially secure agricultural programs.
