At Spry, I built the engineering organization from one engineer to a 35-member team and helped scale the business from approximately $1M to $14M ARR.
I architected a multi-tenant EMR and practice-management platform serving 500+ clinics and 3,000+ providers. I led cloud-native architecture, AI capabilities including LLM-powered SOAP notes and RAG clinical chatbots, Kubernetes migration, and HIPAA, SOC2, and ONC compliance on AWS.
Previously at Ola, I led architecture for mission-critical public-transit systems, including Mumbai Metro ticketing and fare collection for BEST Mumbai and more than 100 private operators. I built real-time analytics with ClickHouse and Grafana, IoT-enabled gate integrations, and delivery infrastructure for high-concurrency systems.
Across Yapsody, Geodesic, Naukri.com, and mindHive Labs, I have built and scaled SaaS platforms, ticketing products, web applications, and mobile experiences. I focus on building organizational leverage so engineers can spend more time solving meaningful customer problems.

High-Scale System Delivery:
Mumbai Metro Project: Orchestrated the backend integration for Mumbai Metro’s QR/Paper ticketing system. Designed the handshake between server infrastructure and IoT-enable
• Architected and scaled a SaaS event ticketing platform serving 1000+ event presenters across 20+ countries.
• Managed a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers, QA, and support personnel; led roadmap planning and delivery management.
• Built AWS infrastructure and deployment automation from the ground up.
Leadership: Responsible for hiring, mentoring, and training intern cohorts, transitioning them into productive full-time engineers.
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Managed the SDLC from requirement gathering to server deployment for high-traffic ticketing and casino applications.
Mobile Strategy: Oversaw the development of native apps (iOS/Android) and mobile-optimized microsites for clients like Down
Developed the mundu Web Instant Messenger Toolbar Client (a facebook style-toolbar messenger) using Javascript, HTML, CSS and creating images for the same.
Developed World's first socially integrated Web based Multi-service IM on Indyarocks.com. This allowed users of Indyarocks to chat with buddies from Indyarocks, Yahoo, Gtalk, MSN and AOL in one single place.
