I am a GIS Specialist with more than 9 years of experience in fast-paced environments, focused on improving operating performance, profitability, business growth, and internal processes & controls through better data. I combine strong management discipline with practical GIS delivery to help teams meet targets without compromising quality.

As GIS Survey Manager / Team Lead at TPLMaps Pvt Ltd., I manage and share survey data, design and implement data collection methodology, and lead survey monitoring with area delegation to surveyors. I also perform survey data quality assessment and feedback, ensure data privacy and data transparency, and coordinate geo-tagged video data checking and processing through scripts.

I have built repeatable workflows for QA/QC, including design, monthly/weekly progress reports, compliance with survey targets, and data validation/rectification. I also manage and analyze crowd-sourced data using SQL scripts, prepare GIS proposals and project reports (scope, objectives, timelines, and cost estimates), and create maps and graphs using GIS tools.

Before that, I worked as GIS Analyst at Mapever Technologies Pvt Ltd and TPL Maps Ltd, handling tasks such as digitization, image classifications, spatial data analysis, watershed analysis of District Mansehra and Abbottabad, and GIS analysis and cartography. I hold a BS (Hons) in Geographic Information System from Hazara University, and I’m motivated to bring structured, efficient GIS practices to every project.
