At Redaptive Inc., I joined a team with no test automation and built the framework for the Salesforce-to-NetSuite lead-to-invoice flow. I took regression from 0% to about 90% automated and cut its runtime from two days of manual work to 30 minutes with Playwright.

I also set up AI-assisted test generation and defect triage, with human review before changes merge, and tested AI features for faithfulness, relevance, hallucinations and prompt injection. Earlier, I automated tests for finance, CRM/ERP and compliance systems at Apexon, RLabs Enterprise, OneTrust and Incture Technologies.
