I’m a Scientist with 3+ years of experience coordinating across teams to meet project and stakeholder requirements in a fast-paced technical environment. I’m known for clear, professional written and verbal communication and keeping stakeholders aligned through strong process documentation.

At Sravathi Advanced Process Technologies, I collaborated with cross-functional teams across chemistry, process engineering, and quality to understand and deliver against project and stakeholder needs. I coordinated and responded to technical queries in a timely, professional manner, while building an in-depth understanding of internal R&D processes to support smooth day-to-day operations.

My work also focuses on analytical problem solving—applying analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies in experimental and process workflows. I contributed to SOP improvements by documenting experimental and process work clearly, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information for all stakeholders.

I bring a positive, solutions-focused approach while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines under pressure. Alongside my industry work, I completed an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, and I’m a co-author on research involving synthesis, spectral analysis, DFT calculations, and molecular docking—reflecting my attention to detail and commitment to high-quality scientific communication.
