For Finzeka, I architected a multi-tenant finance and operations SaaS platform and authored the specification the build was delivered against. Its design includes tenant-isolated PostgreSQL schemas, an event backbone, and an explainable AI layer that produces auditable, non-binding signals.
Across live systems, I helped raise uptime from 93% to 99.95% and reduce MTTR by 88%. I also led a microservices migration across 15+ product lines, cutting deployment cycle time 60%.
