At Ferrero Group, I lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for Luxembourg headquarters entities. I translate P&L drivers, balance-sheet movements and investment plans into cash flow projections for management decisions.

I’m leading the Group DCF Hub project, developing a SharePoint-based platform with Power Automate, Power BI and Microsoft Copilot to improve collaboration, process consistency and governance. I also designed and delivered Ferrero Operating Model training to finance professionals across the Group.

As Head of Finance & Integration Manager at Fulfil Nutrition, I led the Irish subsidiary’s finance agenda and served as a finance and strategic partner to its Managing Director and Ferrero Group CFO. I improved its reporting and closing cycle from 20 to 7 working days.

Earlier at Ferrero, I led financial accounting and reporting for six Luxembourg entities, including IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP reporting. Before that, I worked in audit at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, and in new business development and sales at MultiCrédito.
