What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable backend services and scalable data platforms, own meaningful migrations and delivery, and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.

At Finity Consulting, I redesigned backend services and REST APIs in C#/.NET and Node.js for a modernised web platform, improving scalability and maintainability.

I independently migrated raw data workflows from SAS to Microsoft SQL Server, redesigning them as optimised SQL ETL processes that reduced processing from multiple days to hours and removed legacy licensing costs. I also led a SQL Server-to-Snowflake data warehouse migration to support scalable analytics workloads.

I build automated testing, monitoring, and dashboards to keep pipelines reliable, investigate production data issues, and track processing health. I work closely with actuaries, external clients, and teammates, guiding module implementation and code reviews to ensure accurate, consistent results.

Alongside full-time work, I completed a Master of Data Science, applying machine learning and time-series techniques in Python to turn analytical results into practical insights.
