I’m a results-driven fractional Chief Financial Officer and strategic finance executive with 20+ years leading accounting, finance, cash flow, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across multi-entity organizations in the U.S. and internationally.

In my current role with Sunshine Group USA, I partner with the CEO to drive financial strategy and organizational growth—directing budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cash flow, accounting, payroll, and HR oversight while managing banking relationships and executive reporting.

I build and refine pricing and financial models for federal, state, local government, and public housing contracts, strengthen internal controls through process improvements, and support external audits, compliance, and executive decision-making.

Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant Controller and held roles including Assistant Project Manager and Senior Accounting Manager/Staff Accountant, which gave me a strong foundation in operational improvement and scalable finance functions.
