I am a dedicated consultant and legal researcher with a strong foundation in constitutional and legal principles. I hold a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Baghdad, where I graduated with high honors. My expertise spans various areas of law, including public international law, human rights law, and constitutional law. I have a proven track record of conducting extensive legal research and analysis, contributing to significant regional legal projects, and organizing impactful legal conferences.

In my current role at International IDEA, I focus on modern constitutional principles, particularly the principle of proportionality across 15 Arab countries. My work involves collaborating with international experts and developing comprehensive legal reports in partnership with the German Foreign Ministry. Additionally, I serve as a lawyer and member of the Iraqi Bar Association, providing legal consultation, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. My bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic enhances my communication skills, allowing me to effectively manage legal programs and advocate for my clients.
