What I'm looking for

I’m looking for work where CRISPR functional genomics and careful experimental reasoning can translate cancer-genetics signals into actionable hypotheses—especially when evaluating AI model outputs or designing studies.

I run genome-scale combinatorial CRISPR knockout screens at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute / Broad Institute (Hahn Lab) to map genetic interaction networks in KRAS-mutant cancers and identify candidate combination drug targets.

Before that, I carried out genome-scale double-knockout genetic screens and mechanistic analysis of PP2A regulatory subunit assembly as a tumor suppressor during my postdoctoral work at Dana-Farber / Broad.

At Weizmann Institute of Science, my Ph.D. work led to first-author discovery of RASA2 as a melanoma tumor suppressor through unbiased genomic analysis of 500+ exomes/genomes.

Across roles, I’ve advised on preclinical xenograft study design as a Research Advisor / Consultant at Synergy Med and supported bench experimentation and trainees across 15+ projects.
