I am a passionate Mining Engineering undergraduate with hands-on training in both open-cast and underground mining, committed to improving sustainability and resource recovery in mining operations.
Through internships at Ramco Cements (surface limestone mines), TAMIN (opencast graphite), and Hutti Gold Mines (underground metal mines), I gained practical experience in drilling and blasting, methods of working, and support systems, and completed a project on techno-economic optimisation of pit slopes.
I actively contribute to student leadership and professional groups as General Secretary of the Society of Mining Engineers and Deputy Director of the LEO club, and I seek opportunities to apply field experience and analytical skills to optimise mine safety, efficiency, and economic returns.
