I’m a detail-oriented, safety-driven Safety Officer with strong background in mining and blasting operations. I enforce Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) compliance through workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessment (HIRA), then support teams with safe work practices, safety briefings, and documentation.
In my roles with Dyna Drilling and Blasting Company and Colliery Training College, I assisted in identifying hazards, ensured safe handling, storage, and transportation of explosives, and helped maintain compliance during blasting activities. Currently with Tshanduko supply & projects, I lead hazard and risk evaluations, investigate accidents and incidents, implement corrective actions, and conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
