I’m an Advocate High Court and Legal Officer specializing in human rights and refugee law, with 4+ years of experience across family law, criminal law, and humanitarian legal operations. I lead legal advisory and protection-focused compliance work, supporting clients ranging from refugees to women through practical, outcome-driven guidance.
In my current roles, I draft, review, and negotiate MoUs, contracts, and internal regulatory instruments, while monitoring legal risk to ensure adherence to humanitarian project frameworks. I also coordinate safeguarding-related legal guidance with district authorities and support protection cases end-to-end.
As an advocate, I represent clients before the Peshawar High Court and district courts, handling complex litigation through writs, petitions, legal notices, and court submissions. I provide procedural strategy, explain legal rights clearly, and support case management across proceedings, including Pashto–Urdu–English interpretation for diverse client groups.
