I’m a Senior Sports Admin Analyst with nearly ten years of experience in sports betting operations and risk analysis at WHG Customer Services Philippines (EVOKE). I bring deep knowledge across trading, settlements, and compliance, supporting the smooth execution of both live and non-live sports events.

In my most recent role, I handled live trading for multiple sports (including volleyball and badminton), including retail price adjustments and in-play goalscorer trading to keep markets accurate and efficient during live events. I also managed US sports settlements for major leagues—NBA, NHL, MLB, and NFL—processing settlement work and responding to settlement-related queries while clearly explaining betting rules to customers.

I’ve also worked on overnight racing trading, monitoring markets to ensure correct suspensions, preventing abuse, and following official off-times, along with resettlement of amended results to maintain accuracy and compliance. A key part of my work involved monitoring customer behavior to detect fraud and bonus misuse, using both manual checks and system controls, reinforcing my commitment to responsible gambling and strong internal controls.
