At Cognizant, I’m leading the migration of 14 Nginx Ingress Controllers to Kong API Gateway on AKS, resolving TLS hostname mismatches and moving CORS rules to KongPlugin CRDs with zero downtime. I also configured an internal Azure Load Balancer to prevent unintended public IP exposure.

Previously, at Accenture, I managed Azure infrastructure and AKS deployments, built container CI/CD pipelines, and implemented Prometheus and Grafana monitoring. At Cargill Business Services India Pvt. Ltd., I owned disaster recovery and backup operations, while at IBM I administered Windows Server environments and automated tasks with PowerShell.
