I’m a Digital Marketing graduate with a solid foundation in social media management and content creation. I enjoy turning digital tools into real engagement and measurable growth for the organizations I work with.

Through customer-focused roles, I’ve proven I can handle customer inquiries professionally and solve problems efficiently. I improved communication by handling inquiries clearly, and I strengthened my problem-solving by resolving issues quickly and effectively.

My experience also includes content-focused work: I learned content creation and social media basics through a college internship at JAAC Media. I also built strong attention to detail as a Content Moderator at Cs Mena by reviewing and monitoring content based on platform guidelines and identifying inappropriate content.

Now, as I pursue my Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing and Social Media at Philadelphia University, I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned—combining content quality, social media discipline, and customer-minded execution—to support brand success from day one.
