What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time role in customer support, sales, admin or content, on site in Johannesburg or remote.

At Snipp, my short-form media business, I edit and publish videos for brand campaigns on YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram. I write scripts and voice-overs and follow brand briefs and compliance rules.

I track views, watch time and audience countries, then use those analytics to improve each new video.

At DashBPO, I handled inbound calls for its US client, Heartland, scheduling dental appointments and logging details in CRM systems. I met performance targets and followed compliance standards.

At 321 Done Printing and Promotions, I screen printed and quality-checked orders while helping customers and solving problems. I’m looking for a full-time role in customer support, sales, admin or content, on site in Johannesburg or remote.
