I've built an AI Complaint Categorizer for Smart Cities using NLP, enabling complaint registration, tracking, and automated department assignment.
I developed user and admin login flows, real-time status tracking, image and video uploads, GPS location capture, and an admin dashboard using React.js, Flask, Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I used NLTK and Logistic Regression to categorize complaints automatically.
I'm pursuing a BCA and am eager to apply my analytical and technical knowledge to innovative projects while growing in a collaborative team.
