At Accenture, I develop and enhance Automation Anywhere bots for Lloyds Corporation, translating business requirements into automation functionality and bot workflows.
I prepare Process Design Documents and Business Requirement Documents, along with bot summary reports that document implementation and outcomes. I also collaborate with fellow engineers to evaluate and refine bot implementations.
Previously, I supported RPA development for Dominion Energy, contributing from requirement understanding through bot development, refinement, documentation, and delivery. My academic projects included a Java library management application and a C++ insurance management application.
