I've built enterprise data platforms for Apple, Intuit, PayPal, Unum, and CRISIL, spanning geospatial processing, transaction data, cloud migrations, and BI analytics. At Thoughtworks, I’m architecting Intuit’s Metadata of Data Products platform and building Java Spring Boot and CDC streaming services for automated metadata ingestion.
For Apple Maps, I transformed a monolithic Java application into a scalable Apache Spark system for multi-source geospatial data and improved turn-restriction prediction accuracy to 80%. I’ve also migrated on-premises pipelines to AWS EMR, GCP, and Snowflake, including near-real-time CDC synchronization using S3, Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks.
I focus on resilient, high-performance data architecture, from data modeling and warehouse design to workflow orchestration, governance, and cloud cost optimization. I also mentor engineers on Spark, Java, and cloud data engineering practices.
