Rajnish Ranjan Halder

I am a disciplined B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student at Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, with hands-on legal assistance experience at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. I combine strong drafting skills with meticulous case management to support advocates effectively.

During my internship I assisted in case filing, registry compliance, and maintained case files, cause lists and court diaries, while drafting applications, affidavits, vakalatnamas, notices and replies. I prepared case briefs, summarized pleadings and judgments, and conducted statutory and precedent-based legal research.

I supported advocates during court hearings, coordinated with court staff, and upheld strict confidentiality and professional ethics. I am recognized for reliability, efficiency and attention to detail in litigation support tasks.

I hold certifications in Legal Assistance and a data-analytics simulation and I seek opportunities where I can contribute strong legal drafting, research and courtroom coordination while continuing to grow as a legal professional.
