What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an exciting, dynamic role where I can utilise my legal skills and experience to drive tangible results while growing in a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and personal development.

I've supported Kharlia & Associates in civil, criminal, constitutional, and miscellaneous matters, appearing before the Rajasthan High Court and attending court hearings.

I assist Senior Advocates with case preparation, legal strategy, court proceedings, and client advisory work. My work includes drafting and reviewing replies, written submissions, notices, and client correspondence across civil, commercial, IPR, and family law matters.

I conduct legal and paralegal research using statutes, case law, judicial precedents, regulations, and compliance requirements to strengthen drafting and advisory work.

I also prepare case summaries, legal opinions, briefing notes, document abstractions, and presentations, while managing legal documentation and tracking through MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
