I've delivered enterprise Identity & Access Management for more than nine years, including Okta operations, L3 escalations, lifecycle automation, and SSO/MFA implementations in managed-services environments.
At Capgemini, I work as a Consultant supporting Okta Identity Cloud, Single Sign-On, IAM, Conditional Access, and Okta administration. I've automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes with Okta Workflows, integrated Workday and contingent HR sources, and provisioned identities to Active Directory and SaaS applications through SCIM.
Earlier, I built a Microsoft Identity Manager platform governing identity for 3,000+ stores across 40+ countries and supported migrations from legacy Okta applications to Microsoft Entra ID.
