At Ernst & Young (EY), I led client-facing procurement transformation engagements across P2P, strategic sourcing, and contract and commercial management. I designed future-state workflows and governance frameworks, and helped contribute to approximately $50M in repeat business and contract renewals.
At Cargill Business Services, I supported the SAP-to-SAP Ariba migration, including requirements documentation, testing, deployment, and user adoption for top 10 suppliers. I also delivered approximately $3.8M in working-capital savings through supplier payment-term analysis and trained and supported 75+ buyers through P2P transformation.
At E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company, I spearheaded EDI-based supplier order acknowledgments, achieving 95% order confirmation. I also coordinated supplier-management improvements and worked with Accounts Payable and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice issues.
My experience includes SAP MM, SAP Ariba, Coupa, SirionLabs, and JIRA, as well as process design, RFX, and procurement operations. I earned a Post-Graduation Diploma in Management from FLAME University and a U.S. Soccer D License, and contributed to youth player development and coach training at Uscore Soccer.
