I'm leading a five-engineer team at Bahwan CyberTek for Maurices, delivering unified retail commerce across SFCC, OMS-MAO, FirstInsight, Salesforce, and sales reporting platforms.
I've engineered .NET pipelines connecting RMS, OMS, SFCC, and XCC for real-time bidirectional data sync, built XML integrations for supply-chain order management, and developed automated reporting pipelines for business intelligence. I also created a fully automated .NET and Selenium WebDriver e-commerce checkout workflow and use Claude AI and GitHub Copilot for code generation, debugging, and faster delivery.
Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I rebuilt POS applications used across 800+ stores for Maurices and sustained Kaiser Permanente's benefits system. I reduced a critical job from 14 hours to one hour, a 93% improvement recognised with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
