What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead large-scale training and operations programs—using MIS-driven reporting, stakeholder coordination, and trainer network management—to improve delivery quality and scale impact.

I’m an operations and program management professional managing a state-level NSQF vocational training program under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan. I coordinate a distributed network of 1000+ trainers across multiple institutions, covering onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking. I also own MIS reporting and data workflows to produce audit-ready outputs using Excel tools.

I act as the operational link between field trainers, partner schools, and program leadership—resolving day-to-day scheduling and delivery issues to keep training on track. I lead trainer recruitment and evaluation to ensure quality and fit, and I’m driven by process documentation, cross-functional communication, and structured analytical execution grounded in my M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
