I digitized and categorized physical case files for central databases, improving searchability and retrieval. I also implemented AI-driven workflows using OCR tools and scripts to streamline document renaming and processing.
I prepare and review official legal notifications, audit case files for accuracy and completeness, and assist visitors and legal professionals with inquiries. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity at Universidad del Valle de México (UVM).
