I’m a Data & AI leader with 13+ years of experience building scalable data platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning readiness, and data-driven decision intelligence.

In my current role as a Unit Manager at MetLife GCC, I lead enterprise migration from Mainframe/IBM DB2 and Informatica to Azure Databricks, improving scalability for AI/ML-ready analytics. I also use Generative AI to extract business logic from legacy ETL workflows, accelerating modernization while reducing manual effort.

I’ve managed a team of 15+ engineers, focusing on high-quality delivery and SLA adherence across global stakeholders. I’ve driven reporting transformation from Cognos to Databricks to improve query performance and data accuracy, while partnering with business teams to define KPIs and support trend analysis and reporting insights.

Earlier at Deloitte, I designed and implemented large-scale data migrations and cloud transformations using AWS and Snowflake, building pipelines and data models for enterprise reporting, forecasting-ready datasets, and operational insights. I contributed to migration of 2M+ records and supported full project lifecycles (UAT, QA, production) to ensure reliable data pipeline delivery.
