I'm a Senior Java Backend Engineer with 6.5+ years building and operating cloud-native platforms on Java 8/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate and microservices — across regulated fintech, banking, telecom and healthcare.

Most recently at Great Lakes Technologies I built and scaled the core backend for RockWallet, a regulated crypto wallet: domain-driven microservices on PostgreSQL and Apache Kafka, OpenFeign service-to-service calls, and end-to-end security with JWT/RS256, scope-based authorization, AES-256-GCM and RSA-2048 PII encryption, rate limiting and audit logging. I integrated regulated providers for banking, payments, custody, fraud and KYC, cut latency with Redis/Valkey and Caffeine caching, and built observability on Micrometer, Actuator and CloudWatch.

I also delivered an LLM-powered customer assistant on the same platform — a Spring Boot microservice with a production RAG pipeline, embeddings and semantic vector search, JWT-scoped retrieval so a user only ever sees their own data, prompt-injection filtering, PII redaction, caching and circuit-breaker fallbacks to deterministic REST flows.

I own delivery end to end: design, development, JUnit 5 / Mockito / Testcontainers test coverage, SonarQube quality gates, Jenkins CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes deployment on AWS, and production support. I mentor junior developers and work directly with product owners in Agile teams.I've built and operated cloud-native Java backend platforms for RockWallet, Reach Mobile, Axis Bank, HHS systems, and Zeus. At Great Lakes Technologies, I delivered RockWallet workflows for buying, selling, swapping, sending, receiving, and fiat funding.

I built an LLM-powered customer assistant with a production RAG pipeline, JWT-scoped retrieval, vector search, prompt-injection filtering, PII redaction, audit logging, caching, and deterministic fallbacks. My work combines Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, and secure REST APIs to support regulated financial products.

Across fintech, telecom, healthcare, and logistics platforms, I own delivery from requirements through production support, automate CI/CD, improve performance and observability, and mentor junior developers. I work closely with product teams to turn business requirements into secure, scalable services.
