At Wipro, I design, develop, and test production REST APIs in Java and Spring Boot for live client applications. I secure API traffic with JWT authentication and role-based authorization, and standardize error handling and request validation.
I also designed GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment workflows, and performed regression testing by comparing outputs between project versions. In Agile sprints, I triage production issues, take part in peer code reviews, and deliver features with cross-functional teams.
For my Microservices Order Management System project, I architected a five-service system with gateway-based JWT validation and Eureka service discovery. I added Kafka-based asynchronous messaging, Resilience4j circuit breakers, and Docker containerization; I also developed SplitEasy, a Spring Boot expense-sharing backend with dynamic share calculation and authorization.
