In Agile (Scrum) environments, I analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and spike investigations to identify gaps and define clear test scope. I partner closely with developers, product owners, operations teams, and business analysts to maintain requirement clarity and smooth sprint execution, including UAT support alignment.

I own end-to-end testing of assigned application modules—from requirement analysis through production validation. I design and execute test cases/scenarios for functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and desktop applications, and I apply risk-based testing to prioritize critical business functionalities.

For production reliability, I perform production verification testing (PVT) post-deployment and validate sprint releases under real conditions. I triage production issues and hotfixes, conduct root cause and impact validation, and manage the defect lifecycle in Jira to drive faster resolution—helping prevent critical production issues.
