I’m a results-driven finance and revenue management professional with 5+ years of progressive experience in billing operations, revenue assurance, and financial compliance within the telecom tower infrastructure sector. I lead end-to-end billing cycles, manage SLA-driven performance, and ensure audit-ready accuracy across multi-site portfolios.

In my current role as Senior Executive, Revenue Management (FP&R) at EDOTCO Group, I manage monthly billing operations for major MNO clients including Grameenphone and Banglalink, overseeing ~12,000 tenancies valued at ~BDT 800M monthly. I execute site-wise revenue booking and reconciliation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and I resolve discrepancies of ~BDT 100M to strengthen billing accuracy.

I also coordinate billing disputes, pricing strategy support, and cross-functional reconciliation efforts that improve management reporting and compliance outcomes. I work closely with internal and external auditors to deliver zero-observation audit outcomes, while supporting budgeting and forecasting for portfolios valued at ~BDT 2,000M and producing precise ad-hoc revenue reports.

Previously, as an Executive in Finance Shared Service, I strengthened IFRS compliance through asset accounting activities such as capitalization, impairment, and disposals, while maintaining fixed asset register records for over 850,000 items across approximately 10,000 sites. I also handled VAT operations at Apex Husain Group, managing Mushak documentation (6.3, 6.2.1), VAT returns, and TDS/VDS certificates—work that keeps my approach grounded in both technical accuracy and operational discipline.
