At DCB Bank, I customized Finacle CBS to meet RBI regulatory requirements, including designing system menus and workflows. I also served as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external vendor technical teams for the Vision RA and CBS/GST GBM projects.
I designed and built SPARC, an on-premise automation framework using Flask and Apache Airflow, as an independent initiative. I validated it with a proof of concept that saved about 20 minutes of manual work per day across three employees on the target processes.
I handled application onboarding from UAT through production deployment and wrote training documentation for business users. I also delivered ongoing bug fixes and enhancements for deployed CBS and automation solutions.
