In my current role as an Accountant at Pruthvi Distributors, I manage FMCG billing operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions and timely resolution. I prepare and process E-Way Bills, generate and distribute customer invoices, monitor receivables with collection charts, and handle payment processing and account reconciliation. I also issue credit notes for sales returns, process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and stock inward entries, and conduct weekly physical and system stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy.

Previously, as an Accountant at Mahatma Foods, I recorded invoices and bills, maintained cash receipts, managed AP & AR vendor payments and follow-ups, and reconciled petty cash with proper documentation. Earlier, as a Process Analyst at Tactful System India Pvt Ltd, I collected and verified loan files, ran credit reports, tracked underwriting and loan closing timelines, and acted as a primary point of contact for clients—entering borrower and loan details accurately into mortgage and customer management systems.
