Rafael Leite

I’m a Data Analyst III at Embraer, and my work centers on helping teams make data-informed decisions through business intelligence and analytics. I collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn data into actionable insights that actually support day-to-day decisions.

In my role, I leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) alongside operational research and BI to build and deliver insights. I enjoy tackling analytical challenges end-to-end—from shaping the problem to presenting results clearly for stakeholders.

My journey at Embraer has evolved from internship to Data Analyst I, then Data Analyst II, and now Data Analyst III. That progression reflects my dedication to professional growth, data-driven problem-solving, and continuous learning.

I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Unifesp and have obtained multiple Google certifications. I bring a strong analytics mindset grounded in both programming and structured data analysis—always with a focus on clarity, reliability, and impact.
