Rafael Ferro
@rafaelferro
Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer at In All Media, Inc. modernizing legacy applications and transforming a SaaS platform into microservices.
BrazilWhat I'm looking for
At In All Media, Inc. — UL Solutions, I led the migration of applications from .NET Framework 4.5 to .NET 10. I also refactored legacy code, upgraded dependencies, and improved application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
At DEPS Technology, I led the modernization of the company's flagship SaaS credit analysis portal, moving it from a legacy monolith to microservices with RabbitMQ and Redis caching. The change reduced response times by 50–80%.
I directed the cloud migration strategy at DEPS Technology, using Docker and Kubernetes on DigitalOcean, and developed .NET 6/8 APIs and Angular 15+ front ends. I also delivered a Contracts & Proposals module for proposal creation and e-signature workflows, and a Workflow Designer for low-/no-code business process automation.
Earlier, at Useall Software, I migrated legacy desktop applications to the web for energy cooperatives. At Thomson Reuters (Domínio Sistemas), I supported a desktop-suite migration to ONVIO Cloud and worked on requirements, documentation, and QA for a payroll system.
