At ASG / Netflix Live Sports, I operate and monitor live sports feeds, validate signal acquisition and encoding for OTT customers, and troubleshoot delivery anomalies. I also trigger SCTE ad markers and validate downstream signaling.

I clip and QC match replays for highlights and use SMPTE 2110 for IP routing, monitoring, and transmission integrity. I support weekend and after-hours tournament schedules alongside production and engineering teams.

At DIRECTV, I monitored and switched national broadcast feeds and live events, validated transmission paths, and assisted with workflow configuration and emergency signal recovery. I also authored runbooks, operational notes, and incident tracking documentation.
