I’m a detail-oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician committed to delivering exceptional customer service while promoting patient safety. I combine strong interpersonal communication with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and careful data verification.

In my current role at WAL-MART, I calculated dosages, produced prescription labels, and fulfilled medication orders according to the physician’s orders for approval. I also streamlined the pharmacy’s computer program, including patients’ data, to reduce administrative work and improve the flow of daily operations.

Previously, as a Dynata Interviewer, I assessed each candidate's fit for company culture and team dynamic using computer-assisted personal interviewing methods or hard-copy questionnaires. I bring initiative and critical thinking to fast-paced environments where service coordination matters.

Earlier, as a Marriott Customer Service Representative, I collaborated across departments to resolve customer issues, handled inquiries and payments, and documented, researched, and resolved problems. I’m especially motivated to leverage my pharmacology knowledge and customer-focused approach to increase retention and customer satisfaction while continuing to grow in pharmacy practice.
