Rachel Hall

I’m currently an Assistant Teacher at All About Kids Daycare, where I help with lesson planning, implementing educational activities, and managing classroom behavior. I focus on creating a structured, supportive environment where children can learn and feel safe.

I also bring customer-focused experience from retail and food service roles. At Claire’s-Stonecrest, I greeted guests, managed my team to meet weekly/monthly goals, and was the go-to piercer for toddlers and babies, while also handling leadership, guest services, and cash handling.

Previously, I worked as a Camp Counselor, greeting parents, assisting the front office, helping make lunches and snacks, supporting children with summer packets, and participating in weekly field trips. I’ve completed some college at Alabama A & M University and hold First Aid and CPR certifications (January 2026 to January 2028), so my approach is grounded in safety, communication, and care.
