On my Customer Churn Prediction & Sentiment Analysis Platform project, I fine-tuned BERT models for customer feedback and deployed the outputs in an interactive Streamlit dashboard. I’ve also built Power BI dashboards and used SQL analysis to support operational reporting and customer segmentation.
