What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in accounting, payroll management, finance administration, business management, HR/payroll management, or administrative management where I can contribute my financial operations, reporting, and process-improvement experience.

I've supported Bishop Anstey High School East & Trinity College East since 2013, managing end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 200 employees and maintaining payroll deduction schedules for approximately 35 institutions.

I handle reconciliations across payroll, bank, investment, general ledger, and subsidiary accounts; support financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow monitoring, audit preparation, pensions, benefits, and statutory reporting. I've also improved accounting processes through QuickBooks Online, electronic payment workflows, deferred revenue procedures, stronger filing practices, and internal controls.

I'm completing a BA in Business Administration and hold Certified Accounting Technician and ABE Level 5 qualifications. I bring reliable financial coordination, confidential record handling, staff guidance, and cross-functional support to Finance, HR, and senior management.
