At Mercedes Benz Connectivity Services, I design and maintain automated tests for APIs, backend services, and web applications using Java, REST Assured, Cucumber, Selenium, and Playwright. I validate integrated business flows, Kafka-based event processing, and asynchronous services while supporting release validation and production issue analysis.
Across more than 12 years in QA, including roles at Creditreform and ZTE Services Deutschland, I've combined automation, API validation, integration testing, and root cause analysis to improve software quality. I work closely with developers and product owners to identify risks early, define test coverage, and embed continuous validation in CI/CD pipelines.
