Owned the Istio service mesh and GKE fleet across all production clusters, led network and datacenter infrastructure design, and built CI/CD pipelines and release processes. Drove cost efficiency, reliability OKRs, and blameless postmortems.

Led DevOps adoption with full CI/CD pipelines and production environments on Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud, implemented failover between clouds, and introduced Istio for observability.

Managed operations teams and datacenter operations for a national certificate authority, built an active-active dual-site setup, and started migration to Docker and Kubernetes.

Managed the development team for core applications and ERP, automated reseller systems with Puppet, and owned annual compliance audits with Ernst & Young and national regulators.

Built the certificate authority from scratch through ICP-Brasil accreditation audit, designed PKI tooling, trained operations staff, and helped plan disaster recovery.
